At 10:30 AM, the fire alarm of QTSC Building 9 resounded and the loudspeaker system was issuing a fire warning on the 7th floor in order to require all employees have to escape from the building by stairs immediately.At 10:30 AM, the fire alarm of QTSC Building 9 resounded and the loudspeaker system was issuing a fire warning on the 7th floor in order to require all employees have to escape from the building by stairs immediately.

While waiting for the fire police to come, the building's security forces used fire extinguishing equipment at the building such as CO2 fire extinguishers, powder fire extinguishers and fire hoses to stave off the fire. In addition, they also gave employees instruction to evacuate quickly, provided first aid, rescued and left the injured person quickly.

About 10 minutes later, fire trucks of the Fire fighting and prevention police of District 12 arrived at the scene. While firefighters were using fire hose to get a fire under control, crane trucks being used to approach windows of the building’s top floors to save staffs safely.

At 11:30 AM on the same day, the rehearsal took place similarly at Helios building. QTSC would like to thank the management committee and staffs of GCS, KDDI, BTM, Vina Data,  Links, Rakus Vietnam, Shinkawa, who are working in the two buildings has enthusiastically supported the activity.
