On the afternoon of December 15, Mr. Pham Van Tuan, Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Information and Communications (DIC) of Hai Phong City, led a delegation to visit and work at the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).
The Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC), in collaboration with the City's Humanitarian Blood Donation Center (HCMC Red Cross Chapter), successfully organized the 2023 Humanitarian Blood Donation program on the morning of December 13. The event carried the meaningful message "Donate a drop of blood – Give life.”
With a desire to explore and promote IT cooperation with Vietnam, the Association of the Telecommunications Industry of Singapore (ATiS) led a business delegation to visit and work at the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) on November 28.

On the afternoon of October 28, 2023, the Ho Chi Minh Information and Communication Technology Institute (HCMICTI) cooperated with the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) to organize a workshop "Ensuring Data Center infrastructure for digital transformation in Ho Chi Minh City," taking place in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan province.
With the purpose to boost the digital transformation and information security activities, contributing to build a smart city in Binh Duong province in the period of 2023 - 2026, the Department of Information and Communications (DIC) of Binh Duong province and QTSC signed a cooperation agreement.
