In November 2018, QTSC is going to implement Free Wi-Fi Service to increase quality of working, studying and living for local citizen. It is also our commitment to create a convenient environment where people can enjoy many benefits from latest technologies, empower local community with better services.

Since its inception in 2000, Quang Trung Software City, Vietnam's first and largest concentrated software park, has grown into an innovation hub for research, business, and technology.
In June 2018, QTSC has collaborated with local software companies to develop the Integrated Operation Centre (IOC) which uses Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to manage and monitor the park with the aim to improve service quality and support customers better.
In the afternoon of September 11, the CEO club of Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) held a meeting at QTSC Building 9 with the topic on QTSC towards a green, smart city model, hosted by its CEO Lam Nguyen Hai Long.
On 31 August 2018 in Fukuoka, Japan, Vietnam IT Outsourcing Alliance (VNITO) have signed a Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with the Fukuoka Information Service Industry Association (FISA) to enhance cooperation efficiency and advance trade promotion among members of those parties.
From 28 August to 2 September, 2018, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) in cooperation with VNITO Alliance organized the “VNITO Promotion Campaign to Japan 2018”, with the mission to create opportunities for peer networking and interaction, support Vietnamese IT companies to explore and seek potential partners in Japan
