On the morning of August 5, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung paid a working visit to encourage the staff of 115 Emergency Center as well as enterprises operating "three on spot" at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).
To serve the citizen's needs in home health care, as well as support the transportation of Covid-19 patients to hospitals, the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City has established five 115 satellite stations, including: one 115 emergency center in District 10 and four subdivisions (East, West, South, North). The field 115 satellite station in District 12 (North subdivision) has been located in Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).
With the task of responding as quickly as possible to the emergency needs of citizens, the 115 Emergency Center officially went into operation on July 28.
On the morning of July 18, one ton of vegetables and fruits sponsored by HCM IT Golf Association and Hochiminh City Computer Association (HCA) were sorted into small parts and sent to companies doing "three on spot" at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).
In order to help businesses to feel secure in production, QTSC has arranged 24 specialized personnel on telecommunications, electricity, water, building management, etc. to ensure smooth internal management activities and support businesses timely.
At the request of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (HCMC DOLISA) on supporting IT solutions to implement social security policies for those who affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the city, QTSC has cooperated with Alta Software to deploy the software "Covid-19 support package" for wards/communes and HCMC DOLISA applying in registration and statistics on subjects received the city’s support.
After three waves of Covid-19 pandemic, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) has cooperated with partners to advance solutions for combating the epidemic. Remarkably, QTSC has improved solutions to overcome its shortcoming after applying to real life. Besides, lots of solutions have been updated and integrated to be more suitable for working situations.
On the morning of July 6, 2021, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) Chain held an online meeting on planning its activities in the third quarter of 2021.
