On September 22, 2023, within the framework of the 24th ICT Development Cooperation Conference in Binh Dinh, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) announced the Prime Minister’s Decision admitting the Information and Communication Technology Center of Binh Dinh Province (ICTBD) as a member of QTSC Chain.

During three days (September 21-23), the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) coordinated with Tan Chanh Hiep Ward Police to organize the registration of level 2 electronic identification (e-ID) account for employees working in the local.

In order to strengthen the cooperation relationship between Vietnam and India in the field of IT, a delegation including 15 enterprises under the Electronic and Computer Software Export Promotion Council of India (ESC) paid a working visit to QTSC.

On the afternoon of August 10, the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) together with its members had a meeting with Mr. John Lindsay, Vice President of IESC - Improving Economies for Stronger Communities (USAID partner).

On the morning of August 8, more than 40 MA-IBP (Master of Arts in International Business and Policy) students from Georgetown University, USA had a field trip to the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

On August 3, QTSC signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the branch of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation IT Company (EVNHCMCIT) on supplying IT services.

On the afternoon of July 20, a delegation led by Mr. Vu Le Thai Hoang, Director General of the Institute for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), visited and worked at the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

Within the framework of the Journey themed "Ho Chi Minh City’s Youth pioneer the digital transformation and innovation 2023," more than 80 youth union members from 16 to 30 years old joined in an experience program at the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) on the morning of July 20.
