QTSC to establish R&D Labs in third quarter

Quang Trung Software City (QTSC), the first and largest software park in Vietnam, has announced plans to put into service a research and development (R&D) lab called “QTSC R&D Labs” in the third quarter of 2018.

Govt says rules on software export management no longer necessary
