Through the discussion, Long said that the cooperation relationship between QTSC and UK has not been given adequate attention. In order to connect more businesses between the two countries, the UK should share more information about UK businesses' investment needs to Vietnam. Currently, there are many technology companies operating in QTSC and QTSC is also attracting more foreign investors. In the future, QTSC hopes to strengthen the cooperation between the two sides. Due to the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic, Long proposed to build up a platform to connect the UK and companies in QTSC. On the issue of cooperation in training, in the short term, UK’s universities should send students to practice and research companies’ operating model in QTSC.
Delegation visited the integrated operation center (IOC)
Visiting the integrated operation center (IOC), the delegation was introduced about the technology applications connected on a single platform: power metering system, elevator system, air conditioner monitoring system, free wifi, remote power metering system, smart camera monitoring system, etc. Up to now, QTSC has been applying more than 30 solutions in management of Quang Trung Software City. These activities contribute to improving QTSC's value, becoming a smarter software city, and towards turning the first smart city model in the country.
