On the occasion of the 8th Congress of Delegates (2024 - 2029) and the 35^th Anniversary of HoChiMinh City Computer Association (1988 - 2023), QTSC would like to extend warmest congratulations to HCA for great achievements over the years. HCA has demonstrated its role as a professional IT association with good reputation, as well as a trusted address for its members, contributing to the digital transformation activities of Ho Chi Minh City in particular, and the country in general.
