The "Employer of the Year" category of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers organized by American Business Awards organization is now open for public voting until August 12th, 2019.

Vote for Swiss Post Solutions Vietnam - the only Vietnamese representative to win this prestigious award.

Ho Chi Minh City, August 2, 2019: The American Business Awards organization has announced a list of 57 outstanding companies after screening documents from 200 candidates around the world applying for the category “Employer of The Year”. Founded in 2002, Stevie Awards is globally recognized an annual prestigious award to honor the contributions and achievements made by organizations and individuals to help grow the global business community.

In the award system developed by the American Business Awards organization, the “Employer of The Year” category of Stevie Awards for Great Employer aims to laud the excellent employers through comprehensive evaluation on all aspects of business operation such as company mission, vision, business outcome, sustainable development strategy in addition to the core elements of human resource management like labor regulations or compensation & benefit packages which benefit its workers.

Finalists of "Employer of the Year" will be selected based on the average score marked by nearly 100 judges around the world (including previous winners) and the number of votes for the company on the online voting system. Each 1000 online votes will add 1 point to the company’s final score. Winners (Gold, Silver and Bronze) will be announced on August 15th and awarded on stage this September 20 in New York.
