On 31 August 2018 in Fukuoka, Japan, Vietnam IT Outsourcing Alliance (VNITO) have signed a Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with the Fukuoka Information Service Industry Association (FISA)* to enhance cooperation efficiency and advance trade promotion among members of those parties.
This was a highlight event in the “VNITO Promotion Campaign in Japan 2018”, organized by QTSC and VNITO Alliance, which took place in four cities: Fujisawa, Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka from 28 August 2018 to 2 September 2018. The campaign’s mission was to create opportunities for peer networking and interaction, support Vietnamese IT companies to explore and seek potential partners in Japan, and increase more sustainable relationship with Japanese partners.

This is the first time VNITO Alliance cooperate with an association in Fukuoka. The MOU between VNITO Alliance and FISA is a good signal for both associations when building up more in-depth businesses, enhancing the cooperation opportunities among members, also expected for the future economic growth of Fukuoka, especially in IT sector.
After the signing ceremony, 16 Vietnamese IT companies and 15 Japanese companies operating in Fukuoka participated in the business matching and dinner networking for more discussion on business.

(*)About Fukuoka Information Service Industry Association (FISA): Established as a voluntary organization named Fukuoka Software Association in May 1989, transferred to an association legal entity in September 1995 and general association legal entity in 2012. Currently, FISA has 180 members operating in IT services in Fukuoka. Main mission of FISA are to serve the professional needs of its membership, expand business opportunities, nurture and train human resources as well as organize the Job Day. The association has a good reputation with students in Fukuoka, thus increasing the employment rate of students in member enterprises.
