On the afternoon of October 28^th, 2023, the Ho Chi Minh Information and Communication Technology Institute (HCMICTI) cooperated with the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) to organize a workshop "Ensuring Data Center infrastructure for digital transformation in Ho Chi Minh City," taking place in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan province.

The program aimed to review and evaluate the effectiveness in coordinating implementing and operating data center for digital transformation, deploy a number of new digital platforms, as well as summarize the results of Ho Chi Minh City's digital transformation activities in 2023.

Attending the workshop, there was the presence of Ms. Vo Thi Trung Trinh - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung - Director of HCMICTI, Mr. Vu Quang - Deputy CEO of QTSC. Also, the program attracted the attention and participation of more than 130 delegates who are representatives of departments, People's Committees of districts in Ho Chi Minh City, and QTSC partners.

Within the framework of the program, units’ representatives presented and discussed topics such as infrastructure operations, shared digital platforms and ensuring information security of the city's government system, ensuring the cloud computing infrastructure of the city’s data center, the trend of applying new generation data center architecture, data backup and recovery mechanism to ensure information security, procedures and legal requirements in implementing digital signature, and so on.
