To learn about the operational model and IT enterprises community at QTSC, on the morning of August 20^th, the Intelligence Convergence Research Center of Kangwon National University, Korea, visited the facility to gain practical insights.

The center organized a delegation of 23 members, including professors, lecturers, and students engaged in researching, teaching, and participating in training courses in the field of technology, along with representatives from several labs and enterprises.

Attending the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC, welcomed and exchanged ideas with the delegation. The program began with an overview of QTSC, including information about its operational model, development direction, utility services, and infrastructure supporting IT enterprises within the area.

Following the introduction, the delegation members asked numerous questions and were answered specifically and in detail by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong regarding the following contents: QTSC's one-stop service, which offers free support to enterprises in obtaining investment licenses, business licenses, tax codes, etc.; QTSC's efforts to create a favorable environment and provide infrastructure to promote scientific research, innovation, and experimentation to develop new products and services through the model of R&D Lab and Agriculture Center of Excellence. In addition, to support and connect internal enterprises, as well as create opportunities to promote production and business activities, QTSC regularly organizes and participates in trade promotion programs in key markets such as Japan, Korea, the US, etc.
