Founded in 1983, CISA is one of the most time-honored hi-tech associations in Taiwan. Its 750 corporate members include domestic, international companies and R&D institutes in software and IT services development, distribution in order to serve its members, promote IT, and work with the government. CISA is the founding member of the Asian – Oceania Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO), as well as a member of the Steering Committee of World Information Technology & Service Alliance (WITSA). Both organizations represent the Asia Oceania IT industry.

With 21 enterprises, the delegation visited Vietnam aiming to seek partners and investors in the fields related to smart city such as traffic, production, retail, environment/wastewater, education, communications, smart industry, and so on.

At the meeting, they were very interested in the IoT applications, especially smart home and smart office management system, and AI applications being introduced by TMA Solutions: Smart Learning, Automatic Software Testing, Voice Booking, Video Recognition, etc. Also, they highly enthusiastic in ICT applications in agriculture.
