Following the direction of the city's leaders, employees working at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) are among the priority subjects for Covid-19 vaccine at the moment. The Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) is expected to organize Covid-19 vaccination program for nearly 12,000 employees who are technology experts and engineers of 190 enterprises (including software and service enterprises) is operating at QTSC since June 21, 2021.

Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC said: This is a special interest of the city for the IT industry as well as businesses operating in QTSC, especially FDI enterprises, software development enterprises for foreign countries. In the complicated situation of the epidemic, the priority of vaccination makes an important contribution to infection prevention, and is a very important spiritual medicine helping businesses and employees feel secure to work, thus ensuring the city's dual goals of preventing and controlling the epidemic successfully and ensuring socio-economic development.

During this campaign, QTSC has deployed COVID-19 VACCINATION REGISTRATION APPLICATION operating on both website and smartphone platforms for local businesses. The application has helped employees working at QTSC to register vaccination quickly with full information according to the schedule of the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City.

Following that, each business will be given a profile code (ID code) after logging into the application and filling in all information. Then, their employees use that ID code to log in and declare information according to the form. Finally, the employees will be sent an appointment document with the information of date, time and location of the vaccination by the application.

Thanks to the application of technology, the first day of Covid-19 vaccination campaign at QTSC took place smoothly and quickly.
