On the afternoon of April 5^th, 2023, a delegation of the department of Economy and Budget of the HCMC People's Council had a working session at Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC). This aimed to prepare the content for the program "People ask - The government answer" in May 2023 with the theme "Investment in digital transformation in state management to serve people and businesses."

Chaired the meeting was head of the department of Economy and Budget of the HCMC People's Council Le Truong Hai Hieu. Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long - CEO of QTSC, Chairman of HCMC Computer Association (HCA); Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Vice Chairman of HCA, and representatives of QTSC departments and centers.

Overview of the meeting.

To help the delegation learn about the digital transformation activities at QTSC, the representative of QTSC presented "a report on the digital transformation process of QTSC and its applications to serve businesses, departments and citizen." Since 2015, QTSC has taken the first steps of the digital transformation process. Starting with the digitization of data and processes with more than 20 IT systems, then accelerating digital transformation through the integration of IT applications, raising awareness of the entire staff to respond to technological changes.

The next roadmap for technology development and application in the 5 years (2023 - 2027) of QTSC will orient the development of business models on new technology platforms, standardize data, connect, standardize processes, and optimize data mining. With efforts and determination, QTSC's digital transformation process has achieved initial results such as saving costs, streamlining processes, enhancing internal management ability, increasing the satisfaction of customers, and improving service quality.

At the meeting, members of the department of Economy and Budget of the HCMC People's Council raised many issues to discuss with QTSC and HCA in order to recognize and propose appropriate and practical content, which will be put into the program “People ask – The government answer.”

Following the program, the delegation moved to visit QTSC IOC (Integrated Operation Center) and a number of businesses developing technology applications for digital transformation activities in various fields from operations to agriculture, health, and education…:
