On the afternoon of April 5^th, 2023, a delegation of the Vietnam Institute of Economics (VIE) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Tuan – General Director of VIE had a working session at Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

Joining the delegation were Dr. Nguyen Viet Hung – Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tu - Director of the Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, Department of Science and Technology, and some other members.

Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Vu Quang - Deputy CEO of QTSC, Ms. Truong Thi Kim Chi - Manager of the Customer Service Department, and representatives of some departments and centers.

VIE was assigned by the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) and the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to carry out the task: "Solutions to build Vinh City into an innovation center in the North Central Region." To perform the task, VIE organized a working visit to QTSC in an aim to discuss the following issues:

• Investment incentive policies for enterprises operating at QTSC.
• Building and developing the IT startup ecosystem.
• Training and developing high quality human resources in entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Incubation activities, QTSC R&D Labs, Agriculture Center of Excellence, and orientations and criteria of enterprises participating in R&D activities.

In addition, QTSC also introduced to the delegation about the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), a science and technology center under QTSC. DXCenter promotes digital transformation activities and supports small and medium enterprises in planning and implementing digital transformation strategies to improve business performance.

After discussion, the delegation was guided to visit a number of local companies that provide many technology solutions and applications. Visiting to learn about QTSC IOC (Integrated Operation Center), where integrated technology applications on a single platform to serve the management and operation of the entire QTSC.
