On the afternoon of June 14^th, 2023, the National Defense Academy, in cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City High Command and Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command, organized a visiting and working trip at Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

The delegation included leaders, faculty deans, managers of the National Defense Academy, Ho Chi Minh City High Command and Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command. Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Tran Huu Dung, Chairman of the Members’ Council and Mr. Vu Quang, Deputy CEO of QTSC and leaders of some departments/centers under QTSC.

On the business trip at QTSC, the delegation was guided by QTSC representatives to visit the Integrated Operating Center (QTSC IOC) where the applications have been integrated together into a platform to serve for monitoring, management in QTSC. Besides, the delegation also visited Ho Chi Minh City Information Security Service JSC (HISSC): the enterprise that accompanies and coordinates with QTSC in operating Ho Chi Minh City Information Security Center with the task of monitoring, preventing and responding to information security incidents for Departments, Boards, Districts, state-owned enterprises in the city and provinces, IT systems under the Smart city Project, Shared Data Warehouse, Data Center, City Digital Transformation system.

In the meeting, the delegation also discussed about the experiences and solutions that might combine research and application of Science - Technology with strengthening national defense and security in Ho Chi Minh City.
