On the morning of September 22nd, a delegation of nearly 30 officials, and lecturers from the "Monitoring Trends in Vietnamese graduates Employment (MOTIVE)" project visited, and worked at the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC). The project is supported by Erasmus+ fund of the European Union through the Association of Universities Alma Laurea (Italy).
Leading the delegation was Mr. Dorel Manitiu - Project coordinator of MOTIVE - Alma Laurea, Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Thao - Director of Italian Cultural and Language Center, Hanoi University - the project’s national coordinator, and representatives of units and universities that are members of the project. Welcoming the delegation was Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC, and a number of businesses operating in the local.

During the meeting, the delegation desired to introduce the project to businesses, and universities operating in QTSC, with the aim to discuss the possibility of future cooperation to increase the number of members of the project.
MOTIVE project aims to research on Vietnamese graduates’ employment to give recommendations on policy innovation, strengthen capacities of Vietnamese higher education, and reinforce the linkages between partner institutions and enterprises. The system allows graduates to register for accounts, and create online CVs according to European Union standard. Up to now, the project has had the participation of 11 prestigious organizations/universities in Vietnam, and 5 ones in Europe.
After a brief introduction about QTSC's activities, MOTIVE project as well as its member, the meeting discussed the standards of units participating in the project, project’s benefits for businesses and students, how to store student information on the system, which methods businesses use to recruit employees, the ratio of foreign personnel working at QTSC, QTSC’s software export activities, digital transformation activities, and so on. Through the discussion session, hopefully would support the project expand new connections, as well as bringing a lot of useful information about MOTIVE project – a new recruitment channel – to businesses operating at QTSC.

In addition, the delegation moved to visit QTSC Museum. This is a place to record milestones in the respectable and proud history of QTSC, as well as predecessors’ remarkable contribution and dedication over the past 20 years. The museum also provides a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC.
