The delegation of leadership and management skills training course visited and worked at QTSC
On the morning of February 15th, 2023, Ho Chi Minh Cadre Academy coordinated with the People's Committee of District 12 to organize a research program at Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) for a delegation of 71 trainees of the 21st training course in 2022 on leadership and management skills.
The program is one of the practical research activities, to help trainees consolidate and take supplements of their knowledge, gaining practical experience, and effectively apply it to the process of performing tasks at their organizations.
At the beginning of the working program, the delegation was introduced an overview of QTSC. Over 21 years of establishment and development, QTSC has become one of the leading software parks in Asia. From March 2022, with the development orientation to become a hub of high-quality technology solutions, QTSC will be the convergence of quality technology systems integrated through solutions, creating a digital creation platform, which is the center of promoting all connections.

Following the program, QTSC representative introduced and demonstrated the model of Integrated Operation Center (IOC). IOC is integrated with solutions and applications on a single platform to serve monitoring activities, and operate the whole area. The main goal is to improve service quality and support our customers better.
With IOC, QTSC has gradually standardized management, supervision and operation activities; standardized automatic warning functions to support the staff operating the system and providing services; easily shared the data and information; step by step completed the process of handling emergencies; supporting the training of quick reaction ability for specialized departments; supporting statistical and report task for forecasting.

Established in October 2021, Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter) is a science and technology center under QTSC. DXCenter, an official unit of Ho Chi Minh City, performing a digital transformation mission, contributes to the completion and development of the digital transformation ecosystem in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern Key Economic Zone.

Before the end of the program, the delegation visited QTSC Museum and STEAMZone Training Center.
QTSC Museum: a place of presenting historical items, photos, and housing the memory of QTSC’s progress, as well as a providing a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC.
STEAMZone Training Center: introducing STEAM educational models such as STEAM Robotics, STEAM Vinaponics – STEAM Garden and new technologies for education (STEAM greenhouse equipment model, STEM & Robotics Produino assembled model, STEAM making movies, STEAM virtual reality).
