In the morning of December 24th, Mr. Buaphan LEEKAIYA – Chairman of Committee for Ethnic Affair of Laos led a delegation to visit Quang Trung Software City.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ry – Vice Chairwoman of Ethnic Council of Vietnam National Assembly, Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Lan – Standing Member of Ethnic Council of Vietnam National Assembly, Mr. Tran Huu Dung – Chairman of Quang Trung Software City were pleased to welcome the delegation.

At the Meeting, the delegation was introduced about the achievements that Quang Trung Software City has received for the last 18 years and the orientation of developing strategy for next few years.

Mr. Tran Huu Dung also gave the answers for the delegation about the invested costs on developing QTSC, contribution to Ho Chi Minh City’s budget, the numbers of engineers working and the ability on developing economy of nearby areas of QTSC...

Besides, QTSC have been developing the complete ecosystem for companies to operate and develop. QTSC has built several platforms to support IT enterprises & startups. In 2017, QTSC built an IT application area for agriculture so that the whole agriculture products and solutions may have a good opportunity to be tested and experimented. In 2018, QTSC R&D Labs area was built, helping startups to be capable of doing their own researches.

In the end of the Meeting, the delegation visited QTSC Intergrated Operation Center, a place where all IoT applications are gathered in one centralized platform, easier to manage and monitor all the operations in the park, heading to develop QTSC as a green and smart city.

Finally, the delegation visited R&D Labs of QTSC and was presented about the lastest researches of 5D company about the water purifier using plasma technique, the high-tech agricultural dryer and the crop status notifying application by drone...
