On behalf of the Members’ Council, I would like to announce the appointment of Nguyen Thi Diep as the interim CEO of DIGI-TEXX Vietnam, starting on April 1, 2024.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Nguyen Minh Thoai, for his dedication and leadership over the past two years. Due to personal plans, Thoai has decided to step down from CEO position following a mutual agreement. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavors.

Ms. Diep brings a unique blend of legal and international business expertise. Her impressive academic background, with a Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh University of Law, a Bachelor of German from the University of Foreign Studies and a certified member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, lays the groundwork for her deep understanding of legal matters and international operations.

For the last twenty years, Ms. Diep has been a passionate leader in the BPO industry. Her extensive experience within our company is a true testament to her exceptional leadership skills. 

Ms. Diep’s journey at DIGI-TEXX started in 2017 as Chief People Officer. During this time, she has built a solid foundation for the company’s resource management and fostered a strong company culture built on people development and strong leadership.

At the beginning of 2020, Ms. Diep was the Chief Operating Officer. She successfully led a team of over 1,000 employees, showcasing her people-oriented and client-centric approach. Through Ms. Diep’s leadership, the department has transformed. By restructuring operations, streamlining procedures, and optimizing resource allocation, she has ensured that DIGI-TEXX’s clients receive the best possible service. These strategic improvements have demonstrably enhanced the quality of DIGI-TEXX’s service offerings.

Ms. Diep has been an integral part of our leadership team for many years. Her experience, strategic insight, and commitment will continue the success of Mr. Nguyen Minh Thoai – former CEO, conquering other milestones of DIGI-TEXX development.
