STEAM which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics, is the advanced education method at the moment. To apply this method to students, it is necessary to build a bridge between knowledge, practice, and Makerspace (Creative space) that can offer creative thinking – requiring inquiry for students to promote their competency.
Studying at STEAMZONE center, students will have a chance of being offered a well-prepared STEAM program composed by the worldwide leading STEAM experts. During the courses, they can develop 4C skills, including Creativity; Critical thinking; Collaboration; and Communication, which are essential in the 21st century. Moreover, the courses would help students to not only find out the connection between studying, innovation, and application of knowledge but also directly explore the latest technology to have more vision in their future jobs and support the community.
STEAMZONE, where always welcomes student’s visit and experience, is equipped with the range of production – supporting machines such as a 3D printer, laser cutting machine, CNC machine, Robot model, Makerspace model, etc. The center also includes recycled materials like carton paper, bottles, jars, robot toys, plastics, etc…and other tools that help students advance and have finishing touches on their ideas.
