On 21st April, SPS Vietnam was honorably granted 2 Sao Khue Awards by Vietnam Software and IT Service Association (VINASA) as the winner of two categories "Outstanding BPO Service" and "New Application/ New Platform" for two products "BPO Service" and "SPS Digital Processing Platform", a platform that SPS Vietnam was proud to participate in designing and developing from the beginning days.

After three rounds of selection, SPS Vietnam surpassed the other 134 products and services to receive the awards thanks to the application of the most advanced technology such as Artificial Intelligent (AI), Robotic Processing Automation (RPA), or smart data extraction and classification to daily operations. As a pride of SPS Vietnam, SPS Digital Processing Platform is capable of capturing multiple types of data from resources in any location, online or offline and quickly processing the information by employing intelligent automation (RPA & AI).

2019 is the 11th year that SPS Vietnam was honored in Sao Khue Award Ceremony and this is definitely an affirmation that SPS Vietnam is a leading service provider in BPO industry as well as one of the pioneers who are well-prepared for Vietnam's 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
