Your Role: As a Customer Support, you will be the superhero our customers need in the telecommunication world. You’ll handle inquiries in German, helping them navigate their issues and ensuring they leave with a smile.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Orientation: Be the direct point of contact for our customers, offering personalized advice via chat or email.
- Service: Support our sales partners in all customer concerns, from invoices to tariff changes, ensuring optimal care.
- Solution Orientation: Resolve client inquiries, playing a crucial role in boosting customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Manage order receipts and processing through chat and email, ensuring seamless operations.
Working time: Monday - Friday, 44hours/week
Location: Saigon ICT Tower, Quality Tech Solution Complex, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: At least a high school degree.
- Language Skills: German proficiency (B1-B2), Basic English (A1)
- Soft Skills: Accuracy, hard work, stellar communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, independence, and a customer-oriented mindset.
