On March 5, 2018, SaigonTech’s Board of Management welcomed the delegation from Universal College Of Learning (UCOL) to discuss important cooperation issues. The meeting has given SaigonTech students access to education from New Zealand, one of the world's most civilized countries.

Representatives from UCOL included Mr Paul Condor – Acting Chief Financial Officer, Mrs Gianetta Lapsley – Executive Director, Quality; Mr Dean Rankin – Executive Director, Faculty of Humanities and Business; Ms Gillian Lawn - General Manager, Business Development. Participants on behalf of SaigonTech were Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu - Chancellor, two Vice Chancellors, Dr. Le Minh Trung and Dr. Pham Dai Xuan. The reception also saw the presence of the Head of ESL faculty, Head of BA faculty, Training Department and Student Development Department.

The welcoming ceremony took place in a cozy atmosphere with a lovely song from the teachers and staff of the school. The guests listened to the song and the sharing from Dr Thu with great excitement.

After the music performance, leaders of the two universities started to their discussion about the important cooperation between UCOL and SaigonTech. UCOL spoke of their regulations which meet the educational standards of New Zealand and spent a lot of time responding to inquiries from SaigonTech’s Board of Management.

During 5-day working visit, the delegation of UCOL will bring more opportunities for SaigonTech students to access New Zealand education.
