In the afternoon of January 15, 2021, QTSC held the year-end meeting 2020 at QTSC Building 1, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC), with more than 100 guests, including customers, partners, and investors.
Welcoming the meeting, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long – CEO of QTSC, spoke: Due to the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic, all enterprises, regardless of their size facing a challenging year. In that context, QTSC has partnered with internal enterprises for prevention and fight against the pandemic and promulgated support policies, including office and internet free of rent during mandatory close-up with the total support amount of nearly 20 billion VND. These activities partially alleviated difficulties for companies operating in QTSC and helped enterprises stabilize operations and still have significant growth.
Despite many difficulties, two investors who decided to start building construction in 2020 included JSC company with the office building and Sky Expo Vietnam implementing the Vietnam International Convention and Exhibition Center (VIECC EXPO). While STEAMZone training center, the largest STEAM center in Vietnam, officially operated in August 2020. These new constructions have contributed to the completion of internal utility services.

Besides, QTSC launched an Environmental Monitoring Station with an aim to control the quality of the water environment/wastewater, water resources, and air environment/wastewater; are renewing two main entrance gates, etc in 2020. Additionally, it is expected that the QTSC museum will come into operation, the outdoor LED screen system, free wifi, community activity center, center-locating water screen, and others will be completed in 2021. At the same time, QTSC will launch an online IT products and services directory and deploy new digital transformation applications for operating management activities.
Continuing the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong – Deputy CEO of QTSC, announced the Alo QTSC application, which designed to run on a mobile device. It is a dedicated application designed for QTSC’s customers operating in QTSC and 97 Nguyen Cong Tru. Alo QTSC enables users to notify in emergency cases or update, follow up noteworthy information related to events, incidents, maintenance, internal management activities affecting enterprises, etc.

Mr. Vu Quang – Deputy CEO of QTSC, gave a speech on the green area of QTSC with more than 37,000 m2 of trees and vegetation that reduces air pollution concentration and provides shade for QTSC. According to his presentation, the rate of green space per capita in QTSC is 1.7 m2 that is 3.5 times higher than Ho Chi Minh City (0.5 m2). Therefore, QTSC is considered an ideal place to work and study.
Following the presentation of QTSC’s management board, Mr. Hoang Minh Tri – Deputy CEO of QTSC, introduced the guard control and monitor system MiGuards. These applications significantly contribute to upgrading QTSC to a new turning point, a smarter software zone.
At the meeting, QTSC also gratefully honoured businesses and individuals who have had outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of QTSC, such as TMA Innovation Company and Mr. Frank Schellenberg, CEO of DIGI-TEXX Vietnam, with the “QTSC Awards of The Year.”

At the end of the meeting, QTSC’s management board sent their best wishes for the new year 2021 that will be filled with success, happiness, and prosperity for all enterprises and individuals in QTSC.
