On December 21^st, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc decided to present the golden prize of the Vietnam National Quality Awards 2020 to QTSC. For the first time, QTSC took part in the Vietnam National Quality Awards and was honored to receive the golden prize.

The Vietnam National Quality Awards are the Prime Minister's annual recognition of organizations and enterprises with outstanding performance in boosting Vietnam's quality and competitiveness of Vietnam - branding products and services during regional and global integration. Moreover, the award-winning enterprises are very active in raising organizational culture, productivity campaigns, and organizational quality to contribute to the country's economic and social development.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister decided to present the golden prize of the Vietnam National Quality Awards 2020 to 21 enterprises and the Vietnam National Quality Awards 2020 to 40 enterprises. Among the 21 enterprises receiving the golden prize, there are eleven big production businesses, seven small and medium-sized enterprises, one big service company, and two small and medium-sized service firms (QTSC is one of these two enterprises receiving the golden prize).

At the on-site appraisal held by the Council of Vietnam National Quality Awards on February 13th, 2020, Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC) was evaluated as a reputable enterprise with young and skilled employees. Particularly, QTSC having 141 employees with 74 percent of those who have a bachelor's degree or higher degree, invests time and resources into employee training and development. In 2019, the company organized 36 training courses for employees.

Currently, QTSC is applying management systems, quality and productivity improvement tools such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 31001, 5S, and so on. Moreover, QTSC is deploying nearly 40 technology applications in order to serve operations management activities. After 5 years of applying these products and services, QTSC has considerably improved the management team's operation ability, ensured an increase in turnover by up to 25 percent every year, and more than 90 percent of the internal enterprises satisfying with QTSC's services.

With 20 years of establishment, building, and development, QTSC had the honor to be rewarded many noble awards such as Labor Order, First Class by State, the emulation flags, and certificates of merit from ministries, ministry-level agencies, and locals. Additionally, QTSC has been selected to the online voting round in the Administration Category of the "Smart City Asia Pacific Awards" organized by IDC and awarded the second prize of Ho Chi Minh City Creative Awards in 2019.
