Agile is a flexible software development mindset that encourages changes in developing projects with the goal of bringing products to the user as quickly as possible. Scrum is an agile way, based on the empirical process control theory, to manage a project with reduced risks and improves accuracy especially in the context of software development. Agile mindset and Scrum framework are new trends in Vietnam software companies. In order to connect programmers, managers with Agile experts and share these new programming methods, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) in collaboration with Agile Vietnam organized sharing sessions about Agile and Scrum in the series of Agile Vietnam Conference 2018’s activities.
The sharing sessions were taken place on 14 – 20 November 2018, focused on 3 main topics: Scrum@Scale, Scrum Product Owner and Agile Coaching. It attracted the participation of Agile trainers, managers and software engineers from Vietnamese and foreign IT companies. Speakers are both well-known trainers in the field of Agile training and experienced in flexible software development methods in general and Scrum in particular.
