On the afternoon of April 4, 2025, QTSC joined a networking session with startups and international venture capital funds currently operating in the city. Organized by The Sentry as part of the TECH59 event series, the session aimed to foster open dialogue, share policy updates, and explore cooperation opportunities for 2025.

Participants included Mr. Tran Huu Dung – CEO of QTSC, Mr. Phan Phuong Tung – Director of the HCMC Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), under QTSC, Mr. Greg Ohan – Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in HCMC, CEO of The Sentry, along with representatives from local startups and international investment funds.

QTSC shared the startup and innovation ecosystem at the Quality Tech Solution Complex, highlighting upcoming 2025 initiatives and its commitment to fostering an open innovation environment. Also updated on new incentives and support for startups and investors, including tax benefits, financial aid, access to high-quality talent, workspace solutions, legal support, etc.

In the open discussion, the startups raised practical concerns related to recruitment, market expansion, policy accessibility, and funding opportunities. Meanwhile, investment fund representatives shared insights on emerging trends and investment potential in Vietnam’s technology startup landscape.

To further develop the open innovation ecosystem at the Quality Tech Solution Complex, QTSC will continue collaborating with partners to strengthen connections both within its campus and across the wider HCMC innovation environment. These efforts aim to help enterprises navigate national policy updates and leverage the city's tailored support mechanisms. In addition, QTSC plans to organize more meetups with the enterprises, startup and innovation community to gather feedback and propose policy improvements that align with Resolutions 57 and 98 implemented in HCMC.

With a vision to become a “Quality Tech Solution Complex” – a hub for high-quality technology solutions, QTSC is positioning itself as a key enabler and connector between tech enterprises, investors, and startup support organizations. This recent event not only allowed QTSC to better understand the community’s real needs but also opened the door for potential strategic collaborations in the future.
