According to WHO and health experts, the SARS-CoV-2 virus is primarily transmitted between people through respiratory droplets and contact routes. When a person is in close contact (within 1 m) with someone who has respiratory symptoms (e.g., sneezing, coughing, etc.) is at risk of getting sick. Therefore, to limit the spread of respiratory diseases, including Covid-19, every citizen need to wear masks when going to public places, avoiding crowded places and gatherings.
In order to automate the warning of wearing mask, TMA Innovation Center and QTSC have developed a device that can automatically check for face mask and put it into practice in Quang Trung Software City. This is a small device including a smart camera box with AI technology that detects people not wearing face masks or wearing them incorrectly to automatically give warnings. With its compact and convenient size, the device can be easily installed anywhere to monitor, control and issue warning when someone is in close without wearing a mask.
The device will automatically issue a warning when it detects those who come close without wearing face masks

Ms. Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Sales Manager of TMA Innovation Center said: “This application helps agencies, schools, hospitals, airports, bus stations and crowded places to reduce staffs who are in charge of checking and reminding people wearing masks in order to limit the spread of epidemics in the community."
This device is now supplied by QTSC and TMA. If you find you are interested in the device and plan to use it, please contact Ms. Nhieu Quoc Tran - Technological Solution Section of QTSC:
