At the request of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (HCMC DOLISA) on supporting IT solutions to implement social security policies for those who affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the city, QTSC has cooperated with Alta Software to deploy the software "Covid-19 support package" for wards/communes and HCMC DOLISA applying in registration and statistics on subjects received the city’s support. The support policies are specified in Resolution No. 09/2021/NQ-HDND of the HCMC People's Council on implementation of specific regimes and policies to serve the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic and support people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Each ward/commune is granted permission to access the system by HCMC DOLISA. After that, the ward/commune officer uploads a list of people received the city's support to the system, immediately the Labor Department of People's Committee of District and HCMC DOLISA check whether the list is consistent with the city’s policies. If eligible, they click the "Approve" button. Then, the ward/commune officer distribute money as the approved list. Finally, they upload the actual support list to the system in order to finish the process.

This software helps to digitize the approval process as well as the support list. Thus, HCMC DOLISA can quickly grasp information and implementation progress of wards/communes in real time.
