Under the instruction of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) standing division for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on deploying Covid-19 vaccine for employees working at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC), QTSC has collaborated with PKH Application Joint Stock Company to quickly develop Covid-19 Vaccination registration solution running on both website and smartphone platforms. On June 21, 2021, QTSC launched the application that enables individuals and organizations working at QTSC to declare mandatory information in the form of the HCMC Department of health to register for vaccination.

Medpro allows users to pre-register at home and be quickly notified of vaccination appointment via the notification feature on the software or SMS. Besides, users also can make "medical declaration" and "vaccine declaration" at home.

With a confidential data management system, the vaccination management agency can track the registration list by region, age, and individual having health conditions eligible for vaccination through the "vaccination declaration" feature. Based on this information, the agency arranges the vaccination schedule, provides the number of Covid-19 vaccines appropriately and quickly. Additionally, Medpro software also saves time in declaring information at the vaccination point.

Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong – Deputy CEO of QTSC, said: "This is an application coordinated by QTSC with PKH to save time for enterprises in compiling a list of employees who register for getting vaccinated for Covid-19 and provide more accurate information self-declared by employees. Incredibly, each company has its profile code (ID code), which helps QTSC and company's leaders easily count the number of registrators and control the registration needs of each business".

Ms. Pham Thi Huynh Dung - Deputy General Director of PKH, emphasized: "According to the information of each individual's vaccination declaration, the application also helps the health agency quickly check eligible vaccination records. Medical facilities confirm the vaccination schedule, and the application will automatically notify users of vaccination registration information. Remarkably, the application also helps medical facilities update user's health status after vaccination and provides users guidance on handling the side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine via a call center".

QTSC is the first unit in Ho Chi Minh City to implement the registration software for Covid-19 vaccination.
