The Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) – with over 23 years of establishment and development, covering an area of 43 hectares, housing more than 120 IT enterprises and more than 21,000 people working and studying – has taken initial steps in applying IT, processes, solutions… to promote dual transformation (digital transformation and green transformation) since 2016. This has been implementing in the context of digital transformation, green transformation, circular economy, and emission reduction being inevitable development trends globally and in Vietnam specifically, new standards in international trade and investment are gradually being shaped as well. These standards increasingly link trade and investment with criteria for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable development.

To ensure integration with the common development trends, dual transformation is one of QTSC's top priorities, along with preferential policies and services to attract investment. It aims to immediately resolve internal management and operational challenges and, in the long run, to position QTSC as a green and smart city model. This would create an attractive environment for investors and foreign IT enterprises, as well as build a perfect ecosystem for the local community.

Regarding digital transformation activities, alongside adjusting new strategic orientations to fit the actual context, implementing training plans to raise workforce awareness, reviewing and standardizing processes… QTSC has piloted over 40 different IT systems, including notable ones such as GIS-based infrastructure management, document storage and management, smart cameras, integrated operation center (IOC), etc. These systems have brought many positive results, not only improving management efficiency and flexibility but also optimizing processes and reducing resource waste (30% reduction in storage costs, 35% savings in electricity costs, 15% reduction in operational personnel…).

Simultaneously, QTSC's green transformation activities have minimized negative impacts on the internal environment by maintaining and developing green areas with a ratio three times higher than the average in Ho Chi Minh City. It has organized environmental protection activities such as the annual program “Together for a Green QTSC” with the aim to increase green spaces to create a clean atmosphere, training program on greenhouse gas inventory for investors and enterprises… Moreover, QTSC continues to apply technological systems to promptly detect environmental issues for quick resolution, such as automated air and groundwater monitoring system, wastewater treatment system aimed at reusing treated water for irrigation, automated feed water operation and monitoring system... Alongside efforts in green area development, technology solutions application, and strict adherence to environmental standards and regulations, QTSC has achieved the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System Certification.

Aiming for the goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, QTSC commits to optimizing resource use, reducing environmental emissions, and actively contributing to the international community's efforts to protect the environment and the Earth's climate. This also aims to enhance the quality of growth and the sustainable competitiveness of Vietnam's economy.
