In June 2018, QTSC has collaborated with local software companies to develop the Integrated Operation Centre (IOC) which uses Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to manage and monitor the park with the aim to improve service quality and support customers better.

Up to now, QTSC IOC has integrated some solutions such as: Environmental monitoring system, Smart public lighting system, Building management system (BMS).

Photo 2, 3: QTSC Environmental monitoring system constantly updates 11 wastewater values in real-time. Monitor and send warnings via email when these values exceed permissible limits and export statistics in the form of charts.
Photo 4: Smart public lighting system: schedule automatically lighting time, control remote lighting system, control power, voltage and electric current. Control light status in real-time, instantly send warnings when problems occur, and export statistics in the form of charts.

QTSC has been implementing to integrate some of the existing solutions such as SMS brand name system, which send messages related to local activities for business leaders; QTSC Wifi Marketing - public wifi for community working and studying in the park; Smart water system to manage IoT-based water distribution and consumption system; Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) to count monthly, quarterly electricity consumption, and look up remote electricity consumption; Smart Parking System to count the number of spaces in each parking lot that regulate and manage all vehicles in the park.
Applying new technologies, integrating applications and solutions on a platform creates many more advantages in management and operation, as well as step by step brings QTSC to become the smart and green city model in Vietnam and is one of the primary objectives that will turn QTSC into a leading software city in Asia.
