On September 30, 2024, the Data Center of QTSC, located at the QTSC Telecom Center, officially received the Uptime Tier III Certification for Data Center Design (TCDD) from the Uptime Institute, the most prestigious data center assessment organization in the world.

Uptime Tier is an international standard evaluating criteria such as design, operation, construction, management, and stability of a data center. This measure is issued by the Uptime Institute (USA), a leading global professional research organization in the field of data centers. According to the Uptime Institute's evaluation system, data centers are categorized into four tiers, from Tier I to Tier IV, each corresponding to different levels of reliability and operational continuity. The Uptime Tier levels are determined based on system availability and fault tolerance. In Vietnam, Uptime Tier III is currently the highest level achieved by data centers.
