On the afternoon of November 18th, 2024, QTSC organized a ceremony to receiving the Uptime Tier III Certification for Data Center Design (TCDD). This prestigious certification, awarded by the globally renowned Uptime Institute, was granted to the QTSC Data Center located at the QTSC Telecom Center.

The attainment of Uptime Tier III certification marks a significant milestone and underscores QTSC’s continuous effort to enhance service quality and ensure data security. It affirms that the QTSC Data Center meets stringent international standards in infrastructure and operational processes, thereby boosting its reputation and competitiveness in the IT sector.

The Uptime Tier standard, established by Uptime Institute (USA), is a globally recognized benchmark for evaluating data centers based on criteria such as design, operation, construction, management, and stability. Data centers are categorized into four tiers (Tier I to Tier IV), based on system availability and fault tolerance. In Vietnam, Tier III represents the highest certification level achieved by data centers.

Giving a speech at the certification ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Dung, CEO of QTSC, highlighted that international certifications like Uptime Tier III reaffirm QTSC’s role, reputation, and service quality. The Uptime Tier III certification is regarded as a “gold standard” in building technical infrastructure for data centers.
