On the morning of March 2^nd, QTSC Chain held a regular meeting to summarize its activities until the first quarter of 2023 and present the Chain plan for 2023.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Director General, Department of Information and Communication Technology Industry, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long - CEO of QTSC, Standing member of QTSC Chain's Management Council, Mr. Le Quoc Cuong - Member of QTSC Chain's Management Council, and leaders of official members of the Chain (VNU-ITP, HueCIT).

In addition, there were also leaders of departments of potential and expected localities to join the Chain such as Department of Information and Communications of Ben Tre Province, Department of Information and Communications of Tien Giang Province, Business Association of Tien Giang Province, Mekong Innovation Technology Park, Army Software Park (Khanh Hoa province), Hau Giang Digital Technology Park.

According to the summary report of activities up to the first quarter of 2023, the Chain has been carrying out the following tasks: completing (1) the implementation plan of Chain activities for the period 2022-2023, (2) documents for guiding the management of the centralized IT zone, (3) the investment promotion programs to promote the brand, (4) the Chain brand identity system, (5) the training program to learn about the model of QTSC; implementing (1) proposing the new model for Chain, (2) reviewing and evaluating the Chain's operating model after renewing, (3) promoting Chain expansion.

In the plan for 2023, the Chain will continue to carry out the tasks being implemented, and other activities such as: reviewing and supporting Chain members to fully meet operational requirements according to the Organizational and Activity Regulations of the Chain; implementing a number of activities of research, advertising, attracting domestic and foreign investment in Chain members; promoting the implementation of Chain brand identity system; research on the topic of developing IT human resources; Chain members jointly research and build technology products branded Chain.

Following the program were presentations on the operation situation in 2022 and the plan for 2023 of Chain official members (QTSC, VNU-ITP, HueCIT). Discussing the progress of potential units' participation in the Chain and the preparation of the pilot review report, the representative of Department of Information and Communication Technology Industry proposed potential units such as Hau Giang Digital Technology Park, Army Software Park... to strongly promote the participation documents to prepare for the Chain summary of the second pilot.
