In the afternoon of June 01, the representatives of QTSC Chain Management Council participated in the delegation of Ministry of Information and Communications, led by Deputy Minister Phan Tam, to visit and work at Mekong Innovation Technology Park (Mekong ITP) in My Tho City, Tien Giang Province.
Mekong ITP is one of potential technology parks that is proposing to join QTSC Chain with the strategic orientation as an IT application area for agriculture and developing business process outsourcing (BPO) services. With an area of 70,000 m2, Mekong ITP is divided into 02 mission subareas: one serving for main functions and the other providing services for research, development, training and business incubation.

The delegation also visited JKA Vietnam Company (JKA) - the first company operating in Mekong ITP. JKA is a subsidiary owned by JK Advisory LLC, based in Seattle, Washington, US. Established in 2018, JKA provides data science and data analysis services to customers worldwide. JKA currently locates headquarter in Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City and a branch in Mekong ITP.
JKA was founded by a group of Vietnamese people living and studying in the US and Europe, with a wealth of experience working for large companies such as AT Kearney, Accergy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, JP Morgan Chase, Russell Investments. Along with the contribution of data scientists, AI and data analysis/processing experts, JKA is a rapidly growing company.
