In the morning of October 4, 2019, the QTSC Chain Management Council held a meeting to review the activities of the first 9 months of 2019 and the plan for the last 3 months of 2019 at Mekong ITP Tien Giang.
Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, representative of the Chain Management Council stated the content to be exchanged during the meeting, introducing the current members of the Chain, the members who are preparing documents to join the Chain.
Mr. Tran Thanh Duc - Former Vice Chairman of Tien Giang province proposed that Mekong ITP Tien Giang continue to coordinate with departments and agencies of Tien Giang province to complete the documents to participate in the Chain Management Council; Mekong ITP studies the investment incentive policies stipulated in Decree 154/ND-CP as well as investment incentive policies of Tien Giang province to complete legal facilities at Mekong ITP to attract potential investors;
Mr. Long added that QTSC will regularly coordinate with Mekong ITP Tien Giang to organize workshops promoting Mekong ITP. Mekong ITP will provide information on investment incentive policies and send to enterprises of the Chain members.

Besides, on key tasks of the last 3 months of 2019, each member will have the following specific tasks:
- QTSC will coordinate with the International University and the Department of Science and Technology and experts to continue implementing the topic "Researching and developing guidelines for centralized IT zone management".
- ITP researches and coordinates with existing members of the Chain as well as members expected to be admitted to the Chain to expand the scope of organizing the CiC competition in these localities; Develop a Demo Day plan to connect businesses, investors with individuals/startups and organizations in the fourth quarter of 2019.
- HueCIT actively monitors the legal procedures and the proposal process of the Ministry of Information and Communications to the Prime Minister for the admission of HueCIT to join the Chain in 2019.
The Chain Management Council will hold a meeting in the fourth quarter of 2019 at Quang Trung Software City to review Chain’s activities in 2019 and plans in 2020.
