QTSC announces the customer’s supporting policy in COVID-19 pandemic

The complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic has seriously affected the business activities of all enterprises in general and in Quang Trung Software City in particular. For assisting and sharing difficulties caused by Covid-19 pandemic, QTSC would like to inform the supporting policies for clients as 03 following packages:

Package 1. Supporting QTSC’s clients including individuals, IT enterprises renting office space or utility service space closed or blockaded by the request of the government: One month free of charge for the leasing premises; One month free of charge for internet service. Applied duration from April 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

Package 2. Supporting QTSC’s clients including individuals and enterprises using QTSC's Internet services: The supporting policy for using QTSC's Internet services is applied to each enterprise according to specific policies issued by QTSC. In case you request to be supported in this package, please contact the Telecom Center at: (84-28) 3715 8888, Ext 1. Applied duration from April 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020

Package 3. Supporting individuals, IT enterprises who gaining concerns on back-up offices (in order to expand the office space for extending the working distance density of employees, or relocate the office in case the current ones are blockaded by the request of the government).

QTSC shall continuously propose other supporting solutions to assist customers reducing risks and difficulties in this Covid-19 pandemic.
