On March 10, 2025, Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC) and SAIGONTEL Open Innovation Hub (SOIHUB) formally signed a cooperation agreement to promote the open innovation ecosystem at the Quality Tech Solution Complex.

SOIHUB is jointly operated by Open Innovation and Tech Entrepreneur Joint Stock Company (OIT JSC) and Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL), Saigon Investment Group. The hub was officially inaugurated on October 25, 2024, located at Floor 01-03 of ICT2 building, Lot 46, Quality Tech Solution Complex, with a total area of over 3,000 m2.

SOIHUB was established to drive innovation by supporting technology experimentation, research, and the development of collaborative innovation networks. It also fosters entrepreneurship in emerging and cutting-edge technology sectors, particularly in key industries such as healthcare, energy, environment... These efforts align with the goals of sustainable development and a circular economy.

As the operator and manager of Quality Tech Solution Complex - the largest and most successful concentrated IT zone in Vietnam - QTSC is committed to fostering the growth of the IT and software industry by creating a supportive environment for IT enterprises and promoting startups and innovation.

The collaboration between QTSC and SOIHUB focuses on several key areas:

• Facilitating expert collaboration and knowledge exchange to support the development of new initiatives.
• Enabling the development, application, and transfer of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), biotechnology… to advance digital transformation and green transformation.
• Strengthening partnerships and investments while optimizing the impact of QTSC’s products and services, as well as attracting international resources and social capital to drive innovative initiatives, and so on.

This signing ceremony represents a key milestone in the expansion of the technology ecosystem at Quality Tech Solution Complex. It fosters an enabling environment for enterprises and research organizations to develop and implement innovative initiatives, contributing to the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s IT industry.
