On the morning of September 11^th, 2024, more than 40 students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore along with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), visited to explore about business environnment at QTSC – the first concentrated information technology park in Vietnam.

At the beginning of the trip, students were introduced QTSC’s overview, internal IT enterprise community, the research and development activities of new technology products and solutions, green-smart city model at QTSC…

During the program, students had the chance to visit practical working environment and hear from representatives of two enterprises operating on-site:

• DIGI-TEXX Vietnam: one of the six largest IT enterprises at QTSC, specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital services in Vietnam from 2003. DIGI-TEXX has accumulated extensive experience in providing advanced digitizing services for customers in various fields around the world.
• BTM Global: an enterprise specializing in providing consultanting services, integrating and launching Oracle NetSuite ERP & CRM system for businesses on the cloud computing platform. They also offer POS & E-Commerce solutions for the retail industry, including small shops and globally renowned retail groups.

As IT students, the Ngee Ann Polytechnic students asked the enterprises many questions, focusing on internship program for overseas students. Enterprise representatives enthusiastically addressed their concerns, as well as shared the knowledge and skills needed for jobs after graduation.
