Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably at a supervisory level.
- Good command in English both verbal & oral.
- Have more than 5 years of working in the training field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
