Korea’s Chungbuk IT enterprises visited QTSC

On May 30th, 13 IT enterprises from Chungbuk enterprise club, a member of Chungbuk Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency (CBKIPA), Korea visited and worked at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).

Chungbuk province is located in the middle of the South Korea. The land area covers 7,400 square kilometers and has a population of 1.6 million. CBKIPA now has about 1,200 enterprises operating in almost all fields, among that IT industry is known as a key one.

Visiting Vietnam, the delegation has desired to support Chungbuk enterprises seeking partners and extending business activities by researching on Vietnam’s market, technologies and industries; learning about market potential of Vietnam; looking for Vietnamese enterprises so as to transfer technology, research new products - services, and so on.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy CEO of QTSC Pham Thi Kim Phuong said QTSC is quite willing to support Chungbuk enterprises seeking partners as well as investing in the park. Moreover, for catching more cooperation opportunities, Phuong added the enterprises should hold more meetings with IT associations in Vietnam such as Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) and VNITO Alliance.
