Dear Valued Enterprises,

The global economic crisis has impacted strongly on the IT industry. According to the data of beginning of 2023 from the Vietnam Economic Magazine (www.vneconomy.vn), the technology market has cut more than 94,000 jobs, the companies such as Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon also face with layoffs. In this difficult context, how will the IT labour market in Vietnam be? How will the economic depression impact on the IT workforce?

On the occasion of the 23^rd anniversary of the establishment of QTSC (March 16, 2001 – March, 16/03/2024), QTSC will organize a seminar about the future IT trends and career opportunities for technology students with the topic “Anticipating trends – Stepping into the future,” on March 28, 2024 (Thursday) at the Conference Hall of QTSC Building 1, QTSC, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The program includes 4 activities as follows:

1. The seminar “Anticipating trends – Stepping into the future”
2. The interview booth "Conquering Employers"
3. Visiting the QTSC Museum and technology businesses in the local.
4. Join in the activity "Check-in & Get gifts"

With the goal of creating opportunities and a playground to connect technology businesses with IT senior students, thereby helping students anticipate future career trends, and gain necessary knowledge and skills as well as professional behavior at work. Through the program, the technology businesses operating at QTSC can access and recruit suitable human resources for their perfomance and contribute to build the high-quality and flexible workforce that may respond to market changes.
