On the afternoon of April 5, 2021, the leaders of Thua Thien Hue Center for Information Technology (HueCIT), a member of QTSC Chain, had a visit to learn about management and operating experience at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).

At the meeting, QTSC representatives had a brief introduction of new technologies being deployed in the park such as the integrated operation center (IOC), the security guards management system (MiGuards), smart video management system (VMS) using AI technology, especially the platform of security and intelligent digital data management QTSC Drive.

The next sights were the R&D Labs – “home” of research and development labs in QTSC; QTSC Museum - a place to preserve memories and outstanding events of QTSC in the past 20 years. Lastly was the STEAMZone training center.

Mr. Ha Duy Binh - Director of STEAMZone Center introduced to the delegation about a new training method - S.T.E.A.M including knowledge blocks in the fields: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. The STEAM creative experience education is forecasted to be a strong development trend with over 50% of tasks related in the information technology field.

After visiting around QTSC, Mr. Le Vinh Chien - Deputy Director of HueCIT shared that: “After a time we return to QTSC and recognize that it has made many changes, especially the space for STEAM, R&D Lab. HueCIT really wants to be a coordinating unit so as to be able to bring great models, effective operations, as well as research results of labs in QTSC to Hue in particular and QTSC Chain’s members in general. Also, HueCIT wishes to cooperate soon in implementing products/solutions for digital transformation activities in the province.
