In the afternoon of November 1, Thua Thien Hue Center of Information Technology (HueCIT) came to visit and learn about the smart city model in QTSC.
Visiting QTSC, there were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Director of Thua Thien Hue Department of Information and Communications and Mr. Le Vinh Chien - Director of HueCIT. It is known that HueCIT has completed the documents in order to submit to the Ministry of Information and Communications to be admitted to become a member of QTSC Chain.
According to Mr. Le Vinh Chien, HueCIT currently has 14 IT enterprises operating here, including 01 foreign company and 13 domestic companies. In recent years, HueCIT is considered a “home” of IT businesses in the province. Some typical businesses have chosen HueCIT as a destination right from the beginning of their startup such as Huesoft, Acronics, COG, Hoatamus, etc.
Listening to a brief introduction of QTSC Integrated Operation Center (QTSC IOC)
At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Kim Phuong - Manager of Strategy and Marketing Department introduced the QTSC IOC. According to Ms. Phuong, since 2016, grasping the development trend of the world, QTSC has started to deploy and apply technological solutions for the management and administration of the park. These activities contribute to elevating QTSC to a new level, becoming a smarter software city, with three main objectives: improving the quality of administration; increasing satisfaction of local community and developing QTSC brand.
Up to now, QTSC IOC has integrated some solutions such as:
- Wastewater treatment module: monitor 12 wastewater indicators in real time; provide statistical charts and graphs of system notifications and alerts history at each timeline; and warn when there is an indicators that is close to the threshold, etc.
- Smart public lighting system: monitor the operation of public lighting system in real time on GIS map; monitor power consumption of electrical cabinets, total power consumption of the entire system in real time; system lighting schedule; error messages of the system; provide statistical charts and graphs of power consumption history at the beginning and the end of the cycle of each light line and phase; statistical tables of system errors.
- Building management system BMS: monitor the parameters of power measuring system, fan system, lighting system, pump system, elevator, generator, refrigeration system of the building in real time; provide statistical charts and graphs; and display alert signs when the system has a problem.
- Wifi marketing system: monitor the total number of users (new users, returning users); provide statistical data on the number of visitors and logins at each timeline; the number of total social accounts (Facebook, Google, etc.) of users and customer list; and manage device parameters, location and status.
- Remote meter data management module: manage power meter data; provide statistical data on monthly expenses for investors/users and electricity consumption at each timeline; and warn when there is a problem on the system.
In the coming time, QTSC will integrate more applications and solutions in the QTSC IOC in order to improve service quality and support customers better.
