On the afternoon of May 30th, a delegation of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) led by Mr. Ronald Ho - Regional Director of South-East Asia and South Asia, paid a working visit to Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).
Joining the delegation was Ms. Tina Phan – HKTDC’s Director of Indochina. Welcoming the delegation were Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong - Deputy CEO of QTSC, Mr. Phan Phuong Tung - Director of Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), a science and technology center under QTSC.
Since August 2022, Mr. Ronald Ho has held the position as HKTDC’s Regional Director of South-East Asia and South Asia. This business trip aimed to give him the opportunity to visit and learn about the operating model of QTSC.
HKTDC in Vietnam helps to increase bilateral trade between Vietnam and Hong Kong. Based on its existing business advantages, HKTDC in Vietnam updates the latest market news and strengthens partnerships to promote business activities, especially supporting small and medium enterprises.

Acting as a bridge for domestic and foreign businesses, organizing many world-class trade fairs in Hong Kong, Mr. Ronald Ho and Ms. Tina Phan raised many discussions with QTSC and DXCenter. In addition to helping to better understand QTSC’s scale of operations, preferential policies for local businesses and positioning on the world technology map, as well as startup support activities, software business incubation projects, IT human resource training programs, etc. the HKTDC representatives also mentioned potential cooperation activities between the two parties in the future.
At the end of the business trip, the delegation moved to visit and discuss at TMA Solutions - one of the 6 largest IT companies operating in QTSC. Here, Mr. Tran Phuc Hong - Deputy General Director of the company welcomed the delegation and shared the technology application and incubation projects that being implemented.
