Hanoi, December 14^th 2018, Hitachi Consulting Vietnam (HCVN) joined Hitachi Social Innovation Forum 2018 at Lotte Hotel and had opportunity to showcase many HCVN digital solutions on the event day. 

Hitachi Social Innovation Forum (HSIF) was first brought to Southeast Asia - Singapore - in November 2014, and made its way to Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines through its successful series. The forum this year in Vietnam with the topic “Illuminating Smart Communities”, focused on accelerating movements towards creating a smart community by utilizing IT and IoT.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Quynh - Senior Vice President and General Manager of HCVN was invited as one of esteem speakers in the conference, sharing rich experience and know-how in such technologies and social innovation projects in the global arena. Through his presentation - “A Global Trend on the Digitalization of the Manufacturing Sector and GCS’ Digital Solutions”, guests were able to expand their understanding on how the Internet of Things (IoT) is enabling new levels of intelligence in smart manufacturing as well as in its specific use cases and contexts.
