Hepza Businesses Association (HBA) visited and worked at QTSC

On the morning of May 12^th, 2023, the delegation of Hepza Businesses Association (HBA) led by Mr. Dao Xuan Duc - President of HBA had a visit to research about the digital transformation and smart green city model at QTSC.

Most of the enterprises in HBA operate in the fields of production, infrastructure… Especially, the amount of small and medium enterprises is quite large, it is necessary to promote digital transformation in performance. It was also the reason for the working trip and visit functional areas at QTSC.

After the overview of QTSC and smart green city model, technology applications in management of internal activities, the program spent a lot of time for discussion between QTSC, DXCenter and enterprises.

Besides, the delegation also visited places where the technology applications are used for serving digital transformation in QTSC, such as: Integrated Operating Center (QTSC IOC), QTSC Telecom Center, QTSC Museum, Environmental Monitoring Station, Wastewater Monitoring Station.

With the experience of implementing digital transformation in fact, the representatives of Hepza agree so much and are interested with the sharing about the difficulties and challenges that QTSC has encountered, as well as the experiment lessons and the achievements gained.

Through the meeting, HBA hopes to be able to cooperate and get the support from QTSC in digital transformation activities for raise awareness at businesses, sharing approaches, introducing suitable products and solutions… to create opportunities for businesses in Hepza learning and applying technology in order to improve management activities and performance.
